This may certify all persons whom it may concern that I Jacob
Stroup of the said County have sold and delivered unto Samuel Holder
of the same County one Gray mare 8 years old
one Brown horse two cows and calves
one two year old steer
two year old two steers and one
two year old heifer one hunting saddle & bridle
with all my work tools and household furniture
whatever I have one black colt at George
Jack neffes for the consideration of the sum of
twenty pound current money of North Carolina
as witness my hand and seal the day above written
